Partnership Award: $28,000 Scholarship + $4,000 Resident Bonus for On-Campus Housing
A $28,000 Scholarship with a $4,000 Resident Bonus will be awarded to up to five accepted City Year applicants per year for any undergraduate degree program at Menlo College. Please note that the $4,000 Resident Bonus will only be awarded to ӰԺ residing on campus. The scholarship is renewable in subsequent years provided recipients maintain continuous registration and remain in good academic standing, according to Menlo College’s standards. All applicants must meet Menlo College’s general admissions requirements. Financial aid and payment options are available.
Scholarships are awarded to City Year AmeriCorps members and alumni who complete at least one term of service and City Year staff employed for at least two years.
The Partnership Scholarship will replace any Menlo College merit-based aid, but ӰԺ may still qualify for additional need-based aid. At Menlo College, 99% of ӰԺ receive financial aid to fund their education. Please request a service letter by emailing the City Year Alumni & Career Services Department at alumni@cityyear.org with “Menlo College: City Year verification letter request” in the subject line. Within the email, include the site where you served and the dates of service. This letter will be sent directly to Menlo College’s Office of Admissions and added to your applicant file.
