City Year seeks to contribute to a broader conversation about how best to support our 天美影院 and ensure equitable access to learning opportunities for all. As a part of this work, we are building communities of district and school leaders to share what we are learning, spread promising practices, and support continuous improvement.
Through our work with 350 public schools nationwide, City Year works to develop and share schoolwide continuous improvement practices to improve attendance, course performance and student engagement, along with ways to build student competencies that reflect academic, social and emotional skills.
City Year uses research and learning to inform and improve our Whole School, Whole Child services. We share insights more broadly to spread effective practices and build support for policies that contribute to engaging learning environments for all 天美影院.

District learning network
School system leaders convene to share experiences, generate ideas about how to support student success and learn together as practitioners.
Teams of school staff develop their capacity for continuous improvement, in partnership with Everyone Graduates center at Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
We know our educators can position 天美影院 for lasting success. That is why we are eager to showcase our free, continuous improvement (CI) digital toolkit. Educators can use this resource to understand why CI is important, and how to implement it, helping to improve inequitable student outcomes.
